Thumbs down 1991 brilliant/black m5 part out

I picked this car up sight unseen without clear intentions (keep, flip, daily...), but after getting it home, more and more issues began to pile up. So, after some lengthy conversations and deliberations I'm going to be parting it out.

Specs:

85,330 miles. I purchased it with 82,xxx. Ran very well, made a 10 hour drive without skipping a beat. Daily drove it for about 5 weeks. Transmission had no symptoms of hard shifts, grinding, did not pop out of gear at all. Seats are in good shape, though not heated.

Last 7: BK05640.

I have already sold the differential, rear bumper, side skirts, and instrument cluster.

Everything else is available.

It will be a slow part out, as it's winter here in Colorado, my garage is tiny, unheated, and I don't have air tools or a lift. The engine will be the hardest part to remove, but everything else will be ok. I spend a few hours in the garage a weekend, work and life pending, so please bear with me as I will update this thread as things are pulled/sold.

Shippable items will be send from work (commercial address) via UPS, tracked and insured.

What's already been removed from the car:

Front bumper with fog lights
M5 door sills
Dead pedal
Rear plate filler
Front and rear seats (all functions including headrest motor worked on front seats)
Extra rear seat with head rests
Shift surround (pending sale)
Differential (sold)
Rear bumper (sold).

This coming Sunday the transmission will come out. Planning on keeping the throwing star covers, so the m systems will be sold naked.

I'm pretty sure there are other parts in the garage, a couple of extra sets of wheels, Hella clear tails, depo smileys, etc. I will try and take pictures of everything possible.

Due to my low post count, I cannot pm yet. Please leave an email or a phone number. Pictures will be uploaded from my phone here in a second, my work computer is ancient and hates flickr and photobucket.

Hi - I'm interested in the Hella tail lights and if I can somehow wangle the/a set of throwing star covers from you if the "extra sets of wheels" have them.

Cheers,

Very Much interested in the front seats depending on if you can ship them.

Ive had a set shipped before and the backs actually remove fairly easily and are able to be packed in a reasonably sized box

Unfortunately it's a bench, not the 4 seat rear. I can't send a pm (11 posts out of the required 45), however I can receive them. Shoot me a PM though.

Thanks for the reply! That's bummer it's not a split rear seat. My rear seat is perfect but not a split one, so the search continues
