For anyone that's installed these yet, any top-tips on getting the alternator pulley off with the alternator in situ (and preferably w/o removing the radiator...) and do the tensioner pulley brackets still need to be trimmed down? TIA.
Yeah, I passed on the alt pulley... couldn't find a good way to remove it, even tried a pipe wrench and 24mm socket on the nut with a pipe wrench on it and running the T50 through the opening of the socket... no joy. The rest of it was pretty easy, 2.5 hours all in, with a couple of breaks.
I filed flat on 2 sides of the 24mm socket and used a crescent wrench with the T50 through the socket. Took some force but came loose quickly. Going to try heating the pulley before installing.
