Original kit:
E39 M5 VT1-560 Supercharger System - ESS Tuning
Blower currently has a 92mm pulley (~9psi) installed (belt included); 88mm pulley (~11psi) is also included. I ran the 92mm pulley for ~20k miles with the included Bosch red injectors and never saw lean conditions. S/C fluid has been changed 3x since it's been on my car (recommended 7500mi interval).
AEM is the 30-3000 kit; includes large nozzle on the charge air tube between the blower and plenum and a small nozzle on the intake tube. I ran this for over a year and there is no damage to the compressor wheel whatsoever. Includes controller, pump, 2 nozzles (installed), 1-gallon reservoir, fluid line and T fitting. Zeitronix items included:
- ZT-2 controller
- LCD multi-display Zeitronix LCD : Four value display for the Zt-2 Wideband Engine Datalogging System
- 5bar MAP sensor
- Air temp sensor
- Bosch LSU & EGT probe included but I think both are on the way out
I had the car tuned remotely by Jeremy at OETuning - this was $1200 + $100 cable. I don't know specifics of how to 'download' or transfer this tune from my car to yours so I'll inquire with them. I do not have the original ESS tune.
If anyone wants specific pictures please let me know - everything is currently installed on the car and didn't want to remove unless it's sold. I can get everything removed in 1-2 days and shipped at buyers expense based on priority.
Starting the bidding at $3900 for EVERYTHING but I'm very open to offers. It would help me out if we could swap lower plenums since I've already drilled the hole for the blowby/recirc hose.
