E39 (96-03) For Sale VIS GTR or OEM Hood For Sale- Alpine White 2001

Just bought this 2001 and can't decide which hood I like better, so whichever one sells first I will keep the other. VIS GTR Carbon Fiber Hood 1997-2003 BMW 5 Series(E39) 4dr, GTR Carbon Fiber Hood with CF Kidneys. Very good condition with no dents or noticable damage, no pins. $800 OBO

OEM Hood has a few small rock chips in the front but no dings. Does not include emblem or kidneys. Insulation appears to be in good condition. $300 OBO.

Yeah, it looks like it. They list it for $1,790 on their website so that is a pretty steep discount on eBay. Strange......

The paint obviously adds some value for anyone with AW. I was pricing it based on whet others have listed painted ones on here, but I am open to negotiations.

Can't see much detail in those pics, but the hood is really in great shape. No scratches, dings, etc, and the fitment is pretty good with very even gaps.

I am interested. the AW would not really help me much due to me driving a carbon black. Can you take some pictures from the inside of the hood. What else comes with the VIS hood (emblem, grill, etc?)

Yeah, but it will be a couple of hours before I can take them.

The VIS hood comes with the emblem and kidneys.
