Hey there. We have a s62 for sale. The motor came out from a 2000 m5 with 126K miles. The engine ran beautifully, trans shifted smooth (oil in trans was changed this April right before mfest). I have the complete motor, wiring harness, trans, key, ews, locks and dme. Let me know if you are still looking for it, my email is info@nexgenperformance.com
