S85 Engine
I have an S85 motor up for sale. Need to finish my E39 M5 before I start on another project. Current status of the engine:

Came out of an M6
Just over 40k miles

Includes:
Long block
Engine harness
Vanos
Throttle Bodies
Coils
Injectors
Water Pump

Not included:
DME
A/C Compressor
P/S Pump
Alternator
Some misc. sensors

Problem:
Needs an oil pump and pan. The oil pump broke and the chain for the pump came apart, resulting in a hole in the pan. I also did notice the chain nicked some of the teeth on the crank for the oil pump chain. Whether it will still work or not I don't know. The main chain is still intact and the engine is in time. I rotated the engine by hand and it rotates freely with no harsh resistance. I have located an oil pan, pump and crank to replace the parts. I would prefer to sell the engine as a whole, but may consider parting out. If it doesn't sell by the time I am done with my other project I will most likely keep it to drop in an e36.
