Set of 18" wheels for winter use

I need a set of winter wheels ASAP. I can get some various reps off eBay for 500-700 shipped, so I'd like to stay around that price range. Would be willing to spend a little more if they came with good winter tires, but I already have a pair of brand new 245/40/18 winter tires so that's not a huge deal.

What's out there? Any deals going on? Anyone selling their old stuff? Dings and rash are okay; these are going to be winter wheels.
