Ac/Heater blower motor resistor

hey guys i recently just bought these UroParts blower motor resister, when i was about to install i decided to check the fuse one more time and lucky enough it was the blown fuse. So I'm going to let this go for 30 plus shipping i paid 45 for it just trying to get rid of it.
