FS -- E60 Dinan 3.91 Diff.

With the E36 M3 track car project under way, I am ready for the M5 to become somewhat more sedate. I am considering selling my Dinan 3.91 Differential. It would be a trade for a stock E60 differential (which is the same way Dinan sells it). Mine has been solid, and I never had any "whining" issues. The price new is $3,000. Obviously, I am willing to work out something considerably more favorable. Let me know if you are interested.

curious on how you think the warranty would work out and how much the labor would be with the 2 cars...

Interesting question. The Dinan warranty does not exclude coverage if the component is transferred to another car. The warranty specifically INcludes coverage if the vehicle is sold to another owner.

Dinan allows 4.2 hours for installation.
