Yes, I have planned on welding my 3 Alpinas together...
With a torque of about 1500Nm it will eat the Bugatti Veyron alive
The only down side is that it takes 3 drivers that agree on where to go and how fast...

You are quite correct the car was purchased from Nefzger? in Berlin. They sold the car new and I got it from them acting as sales agent for the original owner. Only 67,000kms on the clock. I do also prefer the M3 mirrors, so something else to look into. The car is unbadged or striped so is quite inconspicuous, except for the big wheels and larger exhaust. Great fun surprising unsuspecting boy racers though!

I was looking at another touring that is no longer advertised on mobile.de, but the fellow selling the car statred playing around and would not deal with the German agent I wanted to inspect the vehicle. Glad now though as he had installed an expensive stereo (no bad thing) but had also put a big speaker in the boot floor which I was not keen on.

The bmwcarmagazine.com web site just shows a small picture of the article.

Regards

Paul
Hi Paul,

Yes, the B8's do indeed surprise people who may be suspecting a 328i or similar

A shame with that other B8 Touring - too many people destroy a perfectly good and very rare car by doing things like this. I have seen my share of sad B8's, and I think something like 50% of all cars still out there are far from top condition. It makes life tough when you want to find a car in mint condition.

Regards
Michael

Let's hope Ferdinand doesn't visit this board. He wouldn't just want to match Michael. He would want to beat him. How about a Passat W36?

Hello B8 Guru

Nice pics at all, especially the convertible looks very good. If i had the choice, i would take the black B8 coupe for daily ways to work, the B8 convertible for some sunday nice weather days and the B8 touring filled out with the hole family to race some single guys in their racecars

With best regards,

Tobi

Car unfriendly Ireland? It can't possibly be as bad as Denmark where the B8 Convertible was 200.000 € as new...
Which is why I probably will move to Sweden soon, not Denmark :p

Welcome to Sweden!! Low insurance cost ($500/year) , great roads (well) and cold winters

Best regards,
