Hey guys - Introduction w/pics

Hey guys. My name is Jeff, my previous car was a 944 Turbo. After spinning a main bearing, doing rod bearings, and four head gaskets, I have moved on. Picked up this e39 M5 yesterday. I was looking for an M3 till I drove this, and then I was sold.

Carbon Black, 60k Miles, Brand new clutch, brakes, etc. Really in great condition. Dirty when I took the pics though!

Welcome to the board!

I have the same color out/in. You should look into covering the wood trim with carbon fiber wrap and getting some black carpets.. it creates a great interior color combo.

Hey I switched from a 944 turbo too! Definitely an upgrade but I miss the way my 951 drove sometimes... Welcome to the board.

Thanks guys!

dark6mt - Yeah, I got him down a little bit and had them throw in new front brakes for the car, but out the door it was 24k. Plenty happy with it though!

russap - do you have any pictures? Sounds interesting!

cu09 - Nice! Yeah they are very different cars. I am happy to be making the switch though.
