Been reading the site for a few weeks now. Great info. Helped a lot in the purchase process. So thanks everyone.

Picked up my CPO'd 2007 today. Every option but HUD. Absolutely love it. I came from a 335 what a huge step up this thing is. Look forward to continue reading.....quick picture from my bb from today (delivery day)...

Beautiful car! Good decision to go with no front plate. and welcome to the board . If I may ask how many miles are on it, and where did you purchase it?

car was at the new Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury. 26k miles. I still have an old green Mass plate so no front plate is required for me. Unfortunately the car had a plate drilled into prior to me taking delivery. So I have a couple holes now, but on black you can't really notice it. Going to pick up some bumper plugs and see how that goes.

Damn you are lucky that you still have the old plate. I've never really minded the look of the front plate on my M3, but on an M5, no front plate is an absolute must. My mom still has a green plate and she told me that when I buy my first car (my dad bought the M3 as I am 18 years old), she will give me her green plate!!

anyways, enjoy your car!!!
