Windy City Vintage BMW Club's Vintage Fest 2009

The Windy City BMW's Vintage Fest is a yearly event held at ZF Transmissions' Vernon Hills facility. Classic BMW fans from across the midwest get together to show off their cars, enjoy the BBQ and home made cookies, and tell their stories. Some of the cars arrived with their original owners, dating back to the 70s! The amount of vintage German machinery present was enough to get any true BMW fan excited, and for IND and WSTO, two businesses that are accustomed to working with modern BMWs, this was a welcome change of pace.
The tour of ZF's beautiful facility was amazing, the weather couldn't have been better, and it was great to see old friends from the BMW community.
