New 20" Alloy Technic "Mesh" style

I just received and mounted my new Alloy Technic wheels from Wheel Experts today. And before I mention how much I like them, let me say that Peter Lee from Wheel Experts is the most stand up guy I've dealt with in a LONG time. Due to an unforseen delay at the factory, he bent over backwards to make sure that I received them today (Saturday delivery) via overnight shipping, even though it was probably 3-4x the regular shipping cost.

Now the wheels. These are the lightest 20" wheels I've ever owned. The 20x9 front (et6) are 19lbs and the 20x10.5 rears (et27) are 21lbs. The finish and quality are excellent -- I opted for the matte black finish.

Now the bad news. After mounting my brand new Yokohama Advan tires and installing the wheels on the car, I drive about 5 miles before the TPM warning indicated that my driver's rear tire was flat. I got out and could hear the air hissing. So I went home, pulled the wheel off and to my dismay, found a large NAIL in the sidewall of my brand new tire.

So now I've got this beautiful set of wheels on the car, parked in my driveway with a flat tire. I plan on ordering a new tire from TireRack on Tuesday, but for now it ain't movin'.

Tomorrow I'm going to take a few pics with my wife's camera (she is a professional photographer) and post them. Until then, I was only able to snap one pic before tragedy struck.

Wow... Those wheels are extremely light! They look very aggressive too. Did you do springs and spacers too?

Sup Andy,

Thanks for the nice post, I appreciate the support. The wheels look great on the car, can't wait for more pics! I am glad you are happy with the product and service.

To V8venom, the wheels are 20x9 et6 front and 20x10.5 et27 rear....they shouldn't need any sort of spacers. I spec'ed the offsets on these suckers myself

These are my favorite wheels of the year! I can not stress enough how lightweight they are.

Look so good on your M! Congrats!
