Thank God you are ok, I am very sorry for you I hate to see posts like this, I get really mad at pepole who drive a piece of **** and drive like it to. I know this is the same old cliche' but there are many M5's rolling off the Dingolfling plant everyday and only 1 of you...you are alive and well..that comes first.........PLACE ANOTHER ORDER
Your right...we are extremely fortunate that we wallked out without any major injuries. Somehow the baseball cap I was wearing was ejected out of the vehicle and was no where to be seen. Thank god for seatbelts.
Now I need to figure out what I'm replacing the Beast with.....
Speaking of old folks,
In late 80's, an 80+ year old woman pulled from the Church parking lot into the street without even looking.
I hit her driver side (Olds Custom Cruiser) in my Honda Sabre, flew over her hood and landed in a heap on the other side.
Rarely had helmet on but for some reason wore it that day and was very ,very lucky.
The woman got out of the car and stood over me, yelling and ranting about crazy bikers (I had about 40mph at impact) until Cops pulled her away.
She got a ticket for disobeying the right of way.......

Sad to see an M5 in that kind of shape. You seem to be handling it well. The best part is you are okay. Hopefully you'll get a new one, and we'll see you post again on a better note.
