Yes it does, which is quite unusual, from what I can gather?
It's a nice touch, but it will be some time before the miserable British climate lets me use it
:-)
Actually, I believe sunroofs are standard on all M5's...and xenon's, angel eyes, and widescreen monitors are standard on all 2001 and up M5's. Enjoy the ride!

I am actually here in the US. Seatlle, Washington. But I've been to England many times for business & pleasure. Beautiful place you have there!
People are also very nice there and has a great sense of humor.
My mistake, I'm so used to the area of England I come from being referred to as the north west, I (very ignorantly) assumed you where from England yourself.
But thank you for the kind words! Like most countries, we do have some nice places, and we need them, to escape from the not-so-nice places. (and to drive our M5s around in)
Thanks I've seen diff. versions of it...some does not have it, some body colored and some are made of glass...
I know what you mean. Well mine is dark tinted glass, with electric pop-up and retract, and it has the manual shade underneath inside the car. I think sun roofs are a less sought after option these days, especially here in the UK, as air/con is being increasingly fitted as standard.
But it's still nice to have, you can never have too many options :-)
Anyway, the car drives beautifully, although a little lumpy when cold, but after a minute or two it's fine, and I just love the way it seems to pull in virtually any gear, any speed, any time.
That's funny, mine isn't "lumpy" at all...
Wait a minute, I live in Los Angeles where it doesn't ever get cold...
