Every business, no matter how great it is, has at least a few insane customers who are chronic complainers.

munich legends WHAT A JOKE

Brought a BMW M5 from munich legends in dec 2010 1800 miles later clutch and fly wheel has fail due to INHERENT MISS-USE BY PREVIOUS OWNER thats what BMW dealer has told me and so has an independent report that was done by RAC warrenty company. Asked munich legend to help with the bill (£2355) as the car wa sold not fit for purpose TRADING STANDARDS ACT 1979 was told that i had no chance as they only made £1000 plus vat off the sale of the car WISH WE ALL MADE THAT KIND OF MONEY OFF THE SALE OFF CARS
i am thinking of taking these guy to a small claims court they just ignore all calls and email, letters DO NOT BUY ANY CAR GET SERVICE OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE BY THESE GUYS how they can even say there BMW specialist is a joke BMW should vet these jokers and give them a reliant dealership thats all there worth BUYERS BEWARE hope this site helps even just 1 person not to get ripped off as i have
