Casino Royale

Did any1 notice how nearly every car in the film, not just the main ones, the background ones, was a sort of ford. I'm glad its only a film!

The XJs seemed to get away alot quicker than the Aston, he was only about 10 secs behind but they had time to get out, put the girl in the road and move off again.

What a shite movie.

None of the brilliant wit and sarcasm we expect. Taking itself way too seriously. Hard man/pretty boy Daniel does an Ursula Anders swimsuit scene. No naked women and no Q. Complete tosh. Bring back Brosnan, Connery et. al.

Sorry to disappoint you. It's just my opinion. I mean when did Bond ever play Texas hold 'em poker?! Surely he would play something more sophisticated like Baccarat. Another example of the producers trying to get the audience to relate to the characters but completely losing the plot in the process.

And another thing... what the hell was that theme song all about?

I saw the movie yesterday and I liked it. It shows how he evolves into what he becomes in the later years. I had doubts at first about Daniel Craig, but you can believe that he is that physical in the fight scenes. I don't think Brosnan could pull off the same scenes convincingly. The last scene is perfect, when he says the "The name's Bond, James Bond".
