        It's always someone else's fault in California isn't it?

        I'm surprised they're only going after automakers and not airline, boat and recreational vehicle makers. They tried going after the utility companies and failed.

        it's a good start. Slam the corporations who aid and abet misery by compartmentalizing their responsibilities toward humanity into a point of non-existence. Good for California. I hope like hell the car makers go down hard. Too many companies, too many people and too many politicians don't understand the concept of personal responsibility and basic integrety. Maybe a $5-10-20 billion fine might make them wake up. If at all possible, slam them far harder than that.

        Where else can you break in someones house to STEAL items & trip over a coffee table & sue the owners of the house & win. But, California does have great weather all year long.
