let me put it to you in very simple terms- anybody driving anything over $25k or so iin one of those countries is either a foreigner entangled in shady bribes to get his investment going... or a criminal. and anybody driving a 80k EU car is usually a big time well known criminal- very unlikley to be anything else with the current state of affairs over there. true, lots of the shady businesses now are legalized and those "businessmen" are legit, but how they started 10-15 years ago is a whooole different story. and if you think the socialists/communists are not still in power (or at least their money... ) .. heh...
and even 15 years later the level of corruption is such that you will see this guy going through a lenghty court ordeal and walking away with a slap on the hands- even if there are a few fatalities in that particular accident.
i should know about those countries- just take my word for it

Alex please dont make generalisations. I also deal with companies in Hungary and can say their are some hard working people who have made a fortune from their own inititative, perhaps taking advantage of a gap in the market. Thet can afford to buy expensive cars. Because they own an expensive car doesnt make them all criminals.
