Great site for M5 videos!!

Hi guys, I found this great site for M5 videos as well as others.
www.autoclips.net
Go to the top and search for M5 videos. I've downloaded a couple but can't watch them. Does anyone know what format these videos are in and what player I need to view them?
Thanks
