bay area M5??

the following post may sound crazy but it is written by a mentally sane person

two weeks ago i was driving the beast on hwy 1 near santa cruz and ten M3s went past me, and the beast wasn't happy about that. those M3s take that that drive once a month. so i am going down there today and am hoping that other beast masters and their beasts could join me. short notice. hah. crazy you say, yes and that is part of the reason why i own the beast and i love showing it off.

i posted once before about a bay area M5 meet but received only one reply.

EMPEROR,
Sorry I missed you M5 meeting post...I wouldn't have been able to get there, as I was in Ohio last weekend. Next time...

I haven't heard about this group of M3's, but we do the same with the 5er's pretty often...

Glad to have you aboard.

i will keep you updated about the M5 only meet i am planning. so i see you just got your M3, how do you like it? i have thought about getting a 2004 M3 as the new body style is not as attractive and the engine will be a V8.

EMPEROR,
Yup, got the M3 last week. I haven't driven it yet (it was a gift for the GF...err...fiance). I will post impressions once I drive it some.

I really like the E46 styling, and all indications pointed toward a "bungled" 3er for '06. I would have preferred the V8, but I think 333hp is PLENTY for a car of that size. She said that it pulls eagerly, and can't wait until break-in is complete.

Where are you in San Jose?

WOW KOOL. I WORK IN SAN JOSE NEAR MILPITAS. I LIVE IN FREMONT.
GETTING THE V8 M3 WOULD KINDA GO TOO MUCH INTO THE TERRITORY OF M5. ANYWAYS, I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ONE. I ALSO OWN A 2001 X5 SPORTS AND SHARE A PORSCHE TURBO 2001 WITH MY BROTHER.

EMAIL ME AT = LOANSMAX@AOL.COM
