        Interesting hit and run story.

I'm sure we all encountered the slow driving *** in the left lane, flash the high beams, tail gate a little, then pass the !diot, well in the is case a guy did the exact same thing, except the stupid lady in the slow car got scared lost control and crashed into a tree (she died), the guy never hit her, probably didn't even realize she crashed, now he is a fugitive and being accused of hit and run. HE NEVER HIT HER!! How can this be hit and run?
What about blaming shitty slow drivers for a change, people this can happen to anyone who drives a tad aggressive.

I hate when people change lanes, and then go the same speed. Why the hell bother changing lanes and messing up everyone else's line if you aren't going to pass?

Well then lets say the cops are after him for tail gating.
After all, don't you feel a bit of sorrow for the lady who died because just she drove slow in a left lane?!

What the hell is wrong with that lady? Why did she do that? I mean sure the guy was being a cock and tail-gating her...but wtf? Looks like she wasn't paying attention, and suddenly snapped back to reality to see the guy tail gating her, and she just lost it.

I think they are both at fault for that one.

I feel the same way. Sometimes, people pull out into the fast lane to pass someone WAY before they get close to them because they see someone coming up in the fast lane and want to get ahead of them...THAT one really makes me nuts Then they creep along about 1mph faster than the guy in the slow lane. Once past the slower car, they hang out in the fast lane until it looks like you're going to make a move to underpass...and then they slooooowwwwwllllyyyy drifffffffftttt into the sloooowwwww lane...

It's epidemic up here in Northern CA...but from what I've been hearing on this board, it's pretty much pandemic...and getting worse.

I feel bad for the lady who died and her family. Since I don't know the exact circumstances, we don't know exactly what happened, I will restrain from commenting in this particular case, as it may be the <1% where it was his fault. But, assuming that it wasn't, it sounds like she had no business being in the fast lane anywhooz...
