OT: Entertaining BMW-centric movie "The Transporter"

Check out the DVD at your video rental store. This guy uses a very high-performance BMW (black 735, manual trans.) to "transport" things. One scene, he was transporting bank robbers and a chase scene ensued. A guy in the back seat was about to puke, so the Transoprter stops the car and says "would you mind...I just conditioned the leather back there..." and waits while the guy hurls out the back window.

He changes shocks, adjusts fuel, etc. to optimize the "shipment". Great soundtrack, too. Watched it three times. Rated PG-13. Check it out!

I watched it on DVD last weekend, nice car chase action, better than the other french movie TAXI, and IMHO similar to RONIN. I'm not so sure regardind the transmission though, I think it's an automatic.

I saw this movie in the cinema and the car chase scene is definately first class. The 735 with the manual would be a great car to own. Too bad the rest of the movie went downhill fast. I thought the acting and script was horrible.
