Nail in tire ... AGAIN!!!!!

While many of you may claim that your Ms are magnets for chicks, I can officially tell you guys that my M3 is a magnet for nails. Especially the rear passenger tire, the wheel must be made out of magnet or something like that. Oh, if you are in the PA area and don't want to get nails in your tires, just look for me, the sucker in the CB M3 and follow, my tire will pick up all the nails so you don't get any.

Ok, the situation, (not a nail) but a hex-headed screw-in bolt about .5 inches in diameter is stuck in the edge of the sidewall and the contact surface of the tire. I put soap over it and no bubbles form at all for the measured 3 minutes.

Decision ...

1. Pull out the bolt, test w/ soap again, if no bubbles (no leak), just ignore it. There's about 5000-6000 miles left on the tire.

2. Pull out the bolt, test w/ soap again, make sure there are no bubbles. Order 2 new sets of rears and ride out the damaged tire until they get here.

3. Keep the bolt in the wheel and just ignore it.

4. Keep the bolt in the wheel, order the new rear tires, and ride out the damaged tire until the new tires get here.

What should I do?
