You guys know how picky I am ...

Ok guys ... just got back from an oil change appoint from Otto's BMW (West Chester, PA). I must say, the service people there KNOWS THEIR SHITZ! Steve, my mech, knew EXACTLY what I was talking about regarding other dealership mixing oil filters from standard 3 series. The guy probably have the part numbers in his head too! Also, he does auto-x at few local places and this past weekend came in 1st in his modded Z4. Amazing.

For those that uses Otto's, when you first go into the services area, there are 3 large pictures on the wall. The right-most one, a picture of the M3 engine ... guess who's engine that is? MY! Yes! My!!! It was the old engine, RIP 529 miles. You can see the nick in the rods, oh ... so that's what made it go "tick tick tick". ROFL!

Additionally, Steve also installs everything from interior trim, pedals, to exhausts. There was another CB M3 there w/ the ACS diffuser and exhaust installed, SWEET SOUND!!! I am going to get my eisenmann titanium exhaust installed by Steve (Yes, it's been sitting in the garage collecting dust...), no one else is better in my books!

Over all, A EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!!! Just ignore the construction going on right now, it'll be beautiful in a few months!
