the music's dead/ long live the music!

Remember yesterday as the beginning of the end to the way weve been buying music since recorded music was available for purchase. This will have big implications as I bet the brick and morter video/audio software stores don?t last more than 15 years from now and big implications for us as music fans. AAC is supposedly better than MP3 but its not better than whats on a raw cd (PCM). IMHO this is a BIG BIG deal. It will move slowly so you can easily say- Jerrys nuts here- and get away with it. But jump ahead 5 years and youll see.... whether you use windoze or mac youlll see that youre using some kind of itunes style program and this technique.

        the music's dead!
        long live the music!

( in case you dont know what Im taking about, check: www.apple.com ) if they changed their home page just click on itunes.
