please HELP! - how to make pop-up picture for website?

        hello,
I was wondering how to make a link pop up a picture for my website? I found a popup generator at http://www.eak.homeip.net/ but it doesn't work for me. All I want to do is make a link on a page so that when you click on it, it opens a new window (just a plain window no scroll bars or nav bars or anything) of a picture and that's it. I was wondering how you'd do that? Please help me out. Thanks!

By the way, I'm using frontpage xp. I put the code for the link that that .eak.homeip page gave me in the target frame so now when i click on the link in my page it does open a new page with the picture but it opens a whole page w/ all the buttons and scroll bar and not to the correct size...
