I'd say it was excessive force. I see no indication nor have I read anything about Dot Com that indicates the force used was what was needed. To me, and I'd guess a good deal of others, that's disgusting.

Sort of reminds me of the numerous scenes created by Bill Clinton's Attorney General during his terms in office...sad and a hideous over use of force
