Interesting to see that Bramos was also involved, he was a very active member of the ultimaterally boards when they were still up. I think the USA wants to use them as a precedent to warn other owners of document sharing sites (rapidshare,...), this can unfortunately have really serious consequences for the internet and will force everybody who wants to download something copyrighted to use networks who are "behind" the surface of the internet.

As is proven in the past, if you make something illegal you will create a black market that is more dangerous for the customer(I'm thinking about virusses in this case)....
I don't know if this is the right thing to do
