This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this is mine. Without my rifle, I am nothing. Without me, my rifle is nothing

Madness? Nawww. The 2nd Amendment has saved more lives than the Atomic bombs of WWII. Here's why~

Isoroku Yamamoto (Commander in Chief of the Japanese Combined Fleet) during WWII considered invading the United States during 1943. The West Coast was the target. Once he found out about our 2nd Amendment, he quickly decided against it. His exact remark was,"I will not invade America since there is a gun behind every blade of grass." Re read that part and understand it.

It has thwarted all other enemies prior to and after this. The last ones to try us here were the British, and you see how that worked for them...

As a reflex I was going to yell at you for the moral equivalency of a war no matter how bad it is with the cowardice of ******* terrorists but then I realized how successful the ******* have been in turning this amazing country into a bunch of scared nutjobs with the TSA bullshit and useless security theater, warrantless searches and torture - things that are common in muslim countries including the country I fled from and its sad to see how much the assholes succeeded.

indeed.

I visit America every year for a long holiday, and have met many boardmembers. I was in NYC at 9/11 this year. I have a pretty good understanding of the US sentiments on this.

The problem is that even a thousand guns per person won't stop things like the 9/11 attacks from happening. On the other hand, gun-related incidents are food for leftwing politicians who's efforts will facilitate terrorist action.

Sorry I missed this question earlier. Here is the answer. Don't rely on an answer on the interweb thing under any circumstances. Do your research, go to a gunshop, talk to ATF and your local law enforcement before taking any advice from a computer screen (you know this whole interweb thing could just possibly be the figment of your imagination and so shouldn't be relied on for legal advice, especially for NFA items).
