Gun control works?

New York City Homicides Map - The New York Times

I couldn't post this link in the range report thread obviously (it says no politics). But wanted to share it anyhow. I don't understand the liberal mind. Senator Schumer spoke today of a gang member establishing residency in vermont in order to bring guns in nyc (the defeated bill in senate that would have allowed cross-state concealed carry) - he was immediately correct by Senator Webb of Virginia who correctly pointed out that a gang member hell bent on breaking the law does not need to establish residency in vermont to stay legal. What dimwits.
