I went to high school with someone who sells Spyder Co. knives on the side and I'm a big proponent of theirs for concealed carry. Ka-bar for a nice hunting knife. I need a serrated knife, personally. My only knife that isn't serrated is my machete I use for hikes in the woods. (Looks like there is a spring loaded switchblade in one of the photos which would be illegal in NY [class A misdemeanor]:P)
Thanks man The Les Baer 1911 is a beauty, although I'm a little disappointed on a few FTE and FTF I experienced, but the gun is not broken-in yet... I am hoping that it will perform flawlessly after it is broken-in.

The Ka-Bar is definitely a nice classic knife (partially pictured with Les Baer) I have a few other knoves including a serrated double edge knife and Bowie. Yes... I have a fully automatic double action OTF knife (pictured with the Sig X-FIVE Level 1)... it is a Benchmade named "Infidel" It is legal to own here in PA, but not legal to carry. It spent most of its time in the safe... it is ironic that u can get LTCF but you can't carry an auto OTF knife.

Thanks for the offer man... I am definitely interested in shooting your DE... and feel free to let me know on which of my pistols you'd like to try-out... I do shoot in a private member-only range at Windgap... I don't think you are that far off from it.

Awesome... I'd really like to see your blades collection... and thanks for the reference to Busse knives...

Just a warning though man, they are extremely addicting! Busse (pronounced BUS-E, just so you know from the start) only offers one model at a time for a few weeks, then that knife is history!

You can always get past models on the secondary market for large mark-ups. I'm goin' down to Atlanta for Blade 09' and hopefully I will be bringing a large helping of steel home.

Windgap is about 30 minutes from me. I will shoot up there sometime if you want, unless the application process for the club is difficult.

Those are some impressive knives for sure...My ka-bars are my only 'real' knives, the spyder's are just play things, but even I couldn't justify those Busses. Maybe if I could put them to work...

---

Just speaking to that friend who's the knife guy and he put me on to the Al Mar Shiva knife...holy jesus...a ******* stunning blade: http://www.almarknives.com/shiva-p-62.html

Ok, so here are my prized blades.

First off we have the Busse FFFBM (Fat Flat Fusion Battle Mistress). Go onto you tube and search for the FFBM Destruction Test (if you have time) to see what this blade is about.

Next is my Busse NMSFNO (Nuclear Meltdown Special Forces Natural Outlaw).

This is a much more practical camp knife, and it is well balanced in hand.

Delirium Tremens; one of my favorite brews.

At $97 a case though, it gets pricey (for me).

Check out the Carlsberg Vintage #2 and that $97 won't seem like much...
