END/MERGE the eisenhaus/eisenmann controversy

In the following threads there is the mess over the eisenhaus/eisenmann etc controversy;

Eisenhaus / Eisenmann Germany conflict? [Now with official Eisenhaus reply 9th Feb]
Eisenhaus / Eisenmann Germany conflict? [Official reply added 9th of Feb]
Anyone with Eisenmann Mesterschaft GT titanium?
Louder? Eisenmann race or Meisterschaft GT(racing performance) whoever has one of these speak here :)

The rep from eisenhaus recently provided a side of the story, with regrets, regarding the mess/controversies over eisenmann/eisenhaus etc. in some of those threads...

I think it's clear they would like to start fresh -for whatever reasons, business, loss of sales, maybe a conscience. I like to think I am a reasonable person, and one should be given the opportunity to make amends, be given the chance to redeem...

With that in mind - I'd suggest the folowing to Gustav and crew to consider;

-merge the threads
-do not renew eisenhaus as a board sponsor until they do as they promised; namely remove all vestages of misleading liks/text/videos etc etc etc that suggest a continuing link to eisenmann - like the following quote and others in the threads demonstrate;

Quote:

http://www.eisenhaus.com/ehprice.php...36&Submit.y=13

video 1 is 'eisenmann race'
video 2 is 'eisenmann race in action'
video 3 is 'eisenmann race in actionII'
video 4 is 'eisenmann race application'
video 5 is 'eisenmann race application installed'
...so removing pictures/videos/links etc to the same that could be construed as misleading, in that there is any relationship to manufacturers OTHER than the ones eisenhaus really has in Korea/Japan, wherever, would be a good start...

If you read the links/stories, you'll see this is the bedrock of the critical/hard feelings over the issue -that there were/are sometimes misleading representations regarding relationships, origin of manufacture etc etc etc that clearly has quite a number of board members extremely upset, and unhappy with the party in question -to put it mildly...

So once they clean up their act so this no longer exists, Gustav and his crew could then consider if they are worthy for further consideration as an honest/trusted board sponsor -worthy to be on the M5board, at that time.

Just my suggestion...

(Didn't think it was time for a poll yet, until some of the issues are sorted out)

My thoughts was that during the time they are sposors, it is better that Eisenhaus get out ANY information thta just nothing.

That has been my position so far but it can of course change.

Good suggestion to come up with certain things to follow up before they are sponsors again.

Mark,

It really was also, a very unexpected incident on our end,
after the incident, we had to deal with a lot of things to set them - straight up.

Your comments, we understood your point completely,
and we are working on fixing the situation up as quickly as we can.

We did sell eisenmann products and we were the sole and exclusive distributor.
But now, we are not selling eisenmann products any longer.
As much as or even more so than eisenmann doesn't want us to,
we do not want to sell eisenmann unit and be tied with it any longer.
Meisterschaft is not tied with eisenmann anymore.

again, we sincerely ask your understanding and hope we can regain back your humble trust.
Not just because we ask for it, but we are willing to earn it with our solid products. Bottom line.

We are here to promise,
that we will provide you nothing but the honest service yet with better,
cooler products to satisfy your need.
Not just lip service by any means,

please carefully watch what we will being out to the market in coming weeks
and months to come.. we will show you what we can do to
Thank you very much for your attention on this matter.

Truly yours,

EisenHaus.

In the end the best way to win back customers, is aggressive pricing coupled with a quality product. IMO. build the product, produce the dyno slips/videos to back up the performance gains and you shouldnt have any issues getting your customer base back to where it was...

Some of the biggest companies in the world, have scandal and have come out of it triumphantly... eg: Nike. i see no reason why the same couldnt happen for you guys, if you go about it properly...

As stated in another thread, I think everyone is familiar with the subject matter. know what has been said and done... the vendor and the customers have to come to an amicable agreement on resolution/restitution, the vendor has to completey seperate themselves from eisenmann (clean up their site and links, and search engine routing), and pioneer a new route with their current Mesitershaft products...

Again, this conjures up great curiousity and interest on what you guys have to offer, and look forward to see what develops from this...

Are there any people that are unhappy with the Meisterchaft products? Other than the confusion (or lie depending on how you look at) if people are happy, they should be forgiven, especially if they give some nice discounts for board members!!!

That was not the purpose of our paragraph.
We just wanted to make sure that we have NOT sold;
something that people are not happy about and not willing to do anything about it.

But if you folks are kind and humble enough to give us a chance to fullfill your needs,
we will bend backwards to serve your need and see what we can be done for you.

But we need your grant first, even before we step out and say; here are the specials for you.
because we have gotten so much negatives upuntil this point and we do not know how members
will act on our specials - even if we offer them with our sincere good heart to mend up the roads,
we are afraid that we might get comments such as "they are trying to sell something here.."
and we would not want such...

If special is requested: on our items, we will put something together..
PM or give us a call us us if you have any questions..
