        It means that a person agrees with comments stated above.


        (Strangely, it appears to be used as +2 or +3 aswell, which is a bit odd IMO as that would mean that one person adds 2 opinions. Ofcourse, they mean that they are the second or third to concur, but technically everyone should say +1 )
