    Wallace-
Congrats on ownership. The pics of your car look great. My car is a low mileage example as well having less than 35K miles. My car was a CPO car when I bought it around 4 years ago. The dealer took care of any issues up until Oct of last year when the CPO ran out. I change the oil and do minor things needed. So far I really haven't needed much non-routine work. A guy I know named John Couchell who owns CES Motorsport installed my headers and cats and I would trust him with my car. However, I think he specializes in modifications rather than maintenance and repair. Someone else I know who recently left GMP here in Charlotte to open his own shop is Mike Ngo at Eurowise. He's young but extremely honest and trustworthy. Several friends have used him with great success. My wife is calling and we're off to the pool, but we should all get together sometime to see each other's cars.

    Edwin-
Saw you posted on SylencedOne's page and noticed you were in Charlotte as well. Just purchased my 2002 Beast about a month ago- very interested in hearing if you know of a great mechanic locally. I've taken mine to Eurowerks- they tend to specialize in Porsche- but have a certified BMW Mechanic. They seem to be really good- but curious if you have found anyone you really trust.

    Thanks-
