ASR's New Gen III Exhaust Group Buy

We are proud to offer our New Gen III Exhaust System for the E60 M5, E63 M6, and E64 M6 Cab, at a discounted group buy rate for the first 10 member. To be part of this group buy members will be required to contact us with their billing and shipping information. At that point they will be charged a 50% deposit and can pay the remainder of the balance once the group buy list is complete. Customers that are not willing to wait can purchase the system at full price and receive their exhaust immediately. We know this effects the customers that are willing to wait and are on the group buy list. So, if the list does not fill within two weeks after production, we will start shipping orders to those that have been patiently waiting. Keep in mind that the group buy pricing will be capped to a maximum of 10 units only. To place your order please contact us @ 305-971-3114, and you will be added to the list.

List price: $3995

Group Buy: $2895

The following is detailed information about our Gen III already posted on the forums.

"Since re-designing our Gen II Exhaust for the M5/M6, we've received a lot of feeback from our customers in respect to the pros and cons of the current design. We decided to take that information and re-design our current exhaust system to help implament those changes. What we've come up with is a system that has less drone through newer interior/exterior muffler design and newly re-designed resonators. Most importantly we were able to utilize the latest technology in CAD design to come up with a system that is more efficient, flows exceptionally better, reduces areodynamic tumble, and increases scavenging affect thereby increasing overall performance. Our New Gen III will also utilize new stamped logo badging on the tips and an ASR GEN III vanity plate on the underbelly of the front resonators. As always this system is built in house using Austenitic 304 Stainless Steel, not the cheaper Ferritic or Martinsitic steel that oxidizes, is less durable, and is less corrosion resistant. These cheaper stainless metals are typically used in a lot over seas manufactured products. We have also changed our packing process to a packaging device that is used for forming packaging cushions that include a plastic bag filled with a solid foam, wherein the cushions are initially formed of a plastic bag filled with a foamable material that reacts and then hardens to form solid foam. This ensures product quality will not be effected and will remain in tact during the shipping process, especially for our overseas clients. We will also be providing a lifetime warranty on this system as we do with all of our exhaust packages.

We attached some CAD drawings depicting the newer exhaust design vs. the old one. Finished pictures of our prototype will be posted in just a few days. We are currently in production of this system and will have it in stock and ready to ship in just a few short weeks!"

not to throw this group/thread off. but for the GEN2 owners, can we buy that "quieter" resonator peace, so it would take away some of the drone?

The Gen II and Gen III mid-sections are different dimensions and will not interchange. Although, we might be able to do something for you. Just pm us with your contact info.

Here is a short sound clip of the Gen III on a stock header M5. The next video is of another M5 with Supersprint headers and our Gen III at a 1 mile event.

We were hoping to shoot more detailed videos this week, but we have to deal with Summer Miami weather raining one minute and sunny the next. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a more clear weather day for us to shoot some videos.

We have completed CAD drawings for final version of both exhaust systems we will be offering. The first picture is of our ASR GEN III-R which is our louder version with smaller resonators. The second is our ASR GEN III-S which is the same exact system as the R version, but with a larger resonator for those that prefer a quiter exhaust tone. This will not affect horsepower between the two systems since both have straight through resonator designs.

We are currently manufacturing the prototype GEN III-S and will have that ready to install this week. This way we can shoot video of both systems to help members decide which version is best for them.
