Does any tuner alter traction controll on MDM with software?

Hey guys, had a run off the line against a CL63 at a light, I was behind him so I had to switch lanes probably @ second gear so I didn't want to switch lanes WOT perhaps changing gears in S6 without any traction control and went with MDM; of the line he got a slight jump but in second gear traction control kicked inn and took about 3 sec to give me a any juice again.
So my question is if any tuner can custom make a launch control in MDM that will free up the rear wheels while helping control the car? Perhaps only letting it go sideways to a certain degree?
