We have a brand new set of Schrick stage 1 cams available at special discount ; normally £970 retail inc vat , this one set available for £690.

They are unused and in perfect condition , will fitr all M52 engines :

E36 320-328
E46 320 - 328 and early 330
E39 520 -528 SINGLE VANOS ONLY !

Do you have a set of schrick 296 intake duration / 284 exhaust duration for the 2006 BMW M6?

stage 1 cams for the s82 ( m5/m6) engines are £1550 gbp inc vat.

For U.S. customers this would be $2290 plus shipping.

Hey guys. I have picked up a set of Schrick cams myself about 1 month ago for my M6.....but please bare in mind that a specialized tool set must be ordered from BMW Germany that carry a cost of $2000 plus shipping as well (these tools are not readily available outside Germany in most cases). $100+ in gaskets needed too. Your performance shop will need to have these in hand to complete the cam replacement, setting of the vanos and cam timing without any issues. This install will also require special instructions from BMW as well. If the performance shop thinks they can handle the install without the special tools and the detailed BMW instructions do not give them the job! The install of will run you $2000+ as well. Plus the price of tuning to accomodate the cams.

Wasnt meant to discourage anyone - just wanted to let you guys know that the install is no cake walk and needs to go into the hands of someone that knows what they are doing. This S85 engine is expensive and you do not want to make any mistakes.

I will post a new thread of my install with photographs and dyno plots soon.

A very good heads up from KeithTa

for a job like this we would normally recommend only a main dealer or a VERY experienced BMW tuner/ independant.

M6Hamann, the price is below ( ordid i misunderstand you ? ), in terms of power we are told by Schrick you can expect some 30 ish bhp with a harder mid range punch all the way to redline
