Hi guys,

Most E60 M5's will produce in the region of 500-506bhp (flywheel). With the ECU remap powers of up to 535bhp are seen once an adaptation time period has elapsed on a standard car, more on a modified one. Through careful remapping of the factory BMW DME tables, various elements such as ignition timing, fuel delivery, and part throttles are reworked to create performance gains.

The result is an E60 M5 which feels far sharper and pulls harder through the rev band. Our engine tuning philosophy is to improve driveability and enjoyment. The figures are also very conservative and can easily be replicated on other dynos.

Created with extensive research and testing the S85 V10 ECU upgrade transforms power and drivability of the V10 engine.

-Developed with 100's of hours of dyno testing, datalogging and endurance testing
The changes we make to the BMW software are developed in a real time environment and are unique to any other software on the market.

some of the maps within ECU which are modified:

- Torque Management
- full throttle fuel
- full throttle ignition aim
- part throttle ignition aim
- minimum ignition set
- torque calculation
- RPM limiter (optional)
- speed limiter of 250km/h removed
- normal and sport throttle maps modified for smoother driving
- vanos intake and exhaust
- throttle opening maps (to achieve 100% opening)

base price for tune: $589
-options can be seen here: Trinity Autosport : Evolve ECU Tuning - $589.00

Feel free to contact joe@trinityautosport or myself for any inquiries and/or orders.
Thank you!

isn't that tune from evolve like $1000+?

What's the difference between stage 1 and Stage 2? Also what's the price difference? If I order the Evolve intakes in the future would I need to update the software for the intakes?

BMW E60/E63/E64 M5/6 ('05-)Remap

Most E60 M5's will produce in the region of 500-506bhp (flywheel) on our dyno. With the ECU remap we see powers of upto 535bhp once an adaptation time period has elapsed on a standard car, more on a modified one.
Through careful remapping of the factory BMW DME tables, various elements such as ignition timing, fuel delivery, and part throttles are reworked to create performance gains.
The result is an E60 M5 which feels far sharper and pulls harder through the rev band.
On top of this we can also offer the option of engine management light deletion for those with exhaust modifications.
Our engine tuning philosophy is to improve driveability and enjoyment. We do this by giving an increase in power and torque for the whole rev range, and not just a 'glory' BHP figure found at high rpm where you don't spend the majority of your time. Our figures are also very conservative and can easily be replicated on other dynos.
Overview:

  • Additional 25-30bhp on a stock car
  • Fully developed on dyno and road
  • Top speed limiter removal
  • Sharper throttle response and drivability - choose your throttle response
  • Flash from home convenience
  • Return to stock anytime
  • We cater for all modifications
To get this software we now offer the Evolver remote tuning tool. The Evolver is the latest hardware release from Evolve, enabling customers to load our industry leading ECU software upgrade directly into their vehicles themselves, at home.

You can add several different options as well. Speed limiter removal, feature coding, RPM limit increase, cold start delete.
