Stage I is for a Stock car. Stage II is for modded cars.

Gotcha. I assume by "modded" you wouldn't include things like RPI scoops, filters, or even just a section 3 exhaust?

Scoops, filters, mufflers, resonators, secondary cats etc. don't make a difference significant enough to require an ECU tune. The ECU will adapt itself to these small variables.

The modifications that would require an ECU tune would be an elaborate intake, cam shafts, headers etc.
