Again, does this tune allow for cold start bypass like others? Yes or no

My understanding is its only purpose is to heat up the cats quicker to meet California emissions standards. The car is brutally loud at cold start

I understand that the stage 2 can be had for anyone with 93oct at the group buy price? Also alpha tuning is not included but my question is can I upgrade from stage 2 to alpha at any time and just pay the difference($300) if so I'm 100% in

This price does include the evolve-r cable. I am not 100% sure on the scanning of codes with this cable. Let me double check and get back to you.
