you should have received an email from stamps.com i processed your reshipment to go out. Should have the customs number attached to it for some track-ability.
Thats not good at all, thank for letting us know. orders to canada usually take 3 - 4 weeks. But if it has been a month, you should have them by now. Sounds like a postal service hiccup. we have had issues with the USPS losing an order.
shoot me an email and i can look up the order with your email address.
ok i figured it was so i went ahead and called the USPS and they had no idea :/ Im going to reship them and upgrade your shipping for you as a courtesy since this has been such a mess. I will copy and paste the stamps.com info and email it to you from my sales inbox. Sorry for the on going issue.
Nope, Niether did I get a tracking number or any sort of no. I really dont even care anymore since I am about to park my car for the winter so take another 2-3 months if you like. Thumbs up.
I'm not too sure how any of this is possible, at any rate, i sent you two more emails to your yahoo account.. maybe they are being filtered as spam? I'm not receiving mailer daemon errors.
I payed for express out of my pocket not from our business account so you could get these decals. The status also shows yesterday as being send for attempted delivery.
Let me know, or reply to one of my emails and keep me updated please.
Sorry for any inconveniences but Im trying my best to get these out to you, The delivery is just out of my control unfortunately.
HI Nick, I been home all day. I just recieved two emails sayin attempts #2 and #3. I dont know where #1 is as none of your emails have gone to spam in the past. I now have a tracking number so hopefully they will come but its a month to late for my liking but thanks for the extra help you put in.
I'm not sure actually. Are they the same size as the e60 brakes? Owners usually don't tell us what year model they have. Can you take some measurements of the calipers where the stickers would go? We usually send them out for 2.5 inch front and 1.5 inch rear. I also know that a majority of our customers drive e60 chassis, but there are some who don't say..
just sent you an email. i cant send PM's yet since my post count is too low. we also do not have any power at the shop right now due to the early winter storm in CT. Sorry for any inconveniences
we would like to know that also.. we only have them rated for high heat applications.. however we do have caliper applications for another vehicle and we have not had any complaints about cleaners yet.
yes, we are super backed up at the moment from the snow storm. We lost power for a week and 3 days. I will send you a reply as i make my way through the inbox.
