Many board members who are a large distance away from us have been recieving ECU Remaps/Flashes from us in the last year.

This has been mainly for Power mapping and diagnostic functions.

What most have seen is the evolve cable which is the same as we use at HQ. It passes from customer to customer.

Now, we have a new solution.

The evolve-R.

This remote cable is one that you (the end user) keeps and can flash in files using your laptop with the very simple software pictures below:

This is again the exact same cable as what we use at HQ but it is locked to your ECU and costs much less to purchase (£150 maximum).

Those of you who have used our cable already know that the software is not particularly easy to setup and usually requires myself (Salman) to login remotely to your PC and carry out the whole operation.

This new version is much easier to install and the whole read/write process is far smoother and easier.

This is how it works:

- We send you the cable with software
- Install the programme on your laptop (Windows XP/Vista/7)
- Plug the cable into your USB port and then to your OBDII port
- Click the 'identify ECU' button
- Read the file by clicking on 'read ECU memory'
- Email us the file
- Await for the modified file to be sent back
- Click 'programme ECU memory' button and select the new file

The read/write time is less than 3 minutes so no worries about battery charge going down.

You can then select the origional or the tuned software.

We will supply a valet map for free which will limit the RPM's to say around 3000rpm.

If for example, you currently have a stock car and ask for the stage 1 software and then later decide to add headers and require a stage 2 remap then you use the same cable and you just purchase the relevant version from us and flash it in into the ECU.

In the near future we will also supply an upgraded software which will allow the software/cable to read/clear fault codes and also carry out datalogging or read live data.

We are also looking into possibilities to upgrade the complete DME software (same as a BMW update) to the latest version or any version at that matter!

This is very much the latest in OBDII flashing / data technology at a very very cheap price.

It not only works on the MSS6x but also the MSS54 (E46 M3) + many many more.

This will be available not just through us but also our dealer network.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

BMW E60 M5 Evolve ECU Flash | Remap Stage 1

ECU Remap Performance Software with Vmax
E60 M5 S85 V10, performance gain approx. 15-20hp incl. V-MAX release
Suggested for cars running 95 octance (91 US)

Created with extensive research and testing the S85 V10 ECU upgrade transforms power and drivability of the V10 engine

Developed with 100's of hours of dyno testing, datalogging and endurance testing

The changes we make to the BMW software are developed by us in a real time environment and are unique to any other software on the market.
The software is designed such that it will work with any after market cat-back exhaust system.

some of the maps within ECU which are modified:

- Torque Management
- full throttle fuel
- full throttle ignition aim
- part throttle ignition aim
- minimum ignition set
- torque calculation
- RPM limiter (optional)
- speed limiter of 250km/h removed
- normal and sport throttle maps modified for smoother driving
- vanos intake and exhaust

- throttle opening maps (to achieve 100% opening)

Dyno Graph (Click to Enlarge):

From dyno test, power and torque improved above 6000rpm is where the major changes take place and a a highly useful +15-20hp is available.

Part throttle driving vastly improves with a far more effortless power delivery.

BMW E60 M5 Evolve ECU Flash | Remap Stage 2

ECU Remap Performance Software with Vmax
E60 M5 S85 V10, performance gain approx. 20-30hp incl. V-MAX release
Suggested for cars running 97 octance (93 US)

A further development over stage 1 giving further gains and ideally recommeded for use with higher octane fuels.

Additional maps are changed.

Dyno Graph 1 (evolve dyno) +29hp

Dyno Graph 2 (independant dyno Dubai) +33hp

Both dyno tests on two different brands of dyno in different countries show an almost equal gain in power through the rpm range.

Over stage 1, more torque and and power is available from much lower down the rpm range resulting in a significantly faster accelerating car.

Interested in the extent of what you are able to program into the valet mode. I am planning on shipping my car overseas and would like to "cripple" it as much as possible while it is out of my possession. Was curious if you could limit top speed (lower to around 50 mph) and disable launch control through the cable in addition to reducing the rev limit?

If we limit rpm's to 3000rpm you won't have an issue with launch control (lanuch control rpm limits are higher) and we can programme in any top speed limit you want.

The evolve-R cable is £150.

Tuning prices are normally £999 but you guys get a discount.

15% off - £849.

Export (non EU) price is therefore £857.50 including the cable.
Approx $1372

Better prices can be had with a group buy.

Hello,

iam also very interested in youre tune. I allready own a INPA Interface for my car, can you also programm it using this cable?
what will be the price for the tune Stage 2 to Germany with shipping, have i understand right that Stage2 is for someone who have a eisenmann race exhaust for example ? (i have one installed) i have an 2005 M6 SMG from BMW Munich but the engine should be the same as M5? please send me a good offer to info@michaelmollet.de. How long do it take to programm the ecu and can the original ecu flash be saved ? Also it would be nice to know, how long do it take until the new flash is feelable after flashing?

thanks for youre answers.

Hi,

Sorry for the late response.

£750 will be the price to Germany and it takes all of 2 mins to read the ECU and 1 min to write to it.

The time in between is taken for us to modify your software to stage 2.

You feel the new flash pretty much immediately. Full power will come in within a few hours of driving maximum. Some cars adapt faster than others based on what the adaptive values are to start with.
