Nice!

I have some questions from a potential customer in the US.

Is the tuned ECU file emailed to me?

I flash my ECU myself?

Do I need the $210 cable to do this, or is another option available?

Anyway for me to save the stock ECU file?

I have 4 years left on the warranty, and really don't want to risk losing that.

If I re-flash the stock file, is there anyway at all for the dealer to notice it was re-flashed? Like a time and or date stamp in the ECU, each time it is flashed.

Is the speed limit removed?

I think you mentioned rev limit is 8400 or 8500, correct?

Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

The process:

You recieve cable and then allow us to remotely take over your PC.
We install the software for you and then extract the file from the car.
File is emailed to us.
We make the necessary changes and send the file back.
We load the file into the car for you.

All you guys do is provide us with an internet connection, plug the cable in and out of the car and turn the ignition on/off.

We can provide a cable that you don't need to keep but you might be in for a very long wait.

The cable you purchase stays with you and the loading of files only takes less than a minute.

There is no sign left that the ECU has been flashed. Dealer cannot say or do anything if there is stock software on the car.

Speed Limiter is removed.

Thanks for the info. Couple more questions.

If I need to flash it back to stock for a dealer visit, can this be done by me, or do you have to remotely do it each time?

Does this also make the throttle more responsive or do I still need a sprint booster?

Thanks

You can do it very easily. We just do it initially as part of the service.

Throttle response is better. If you want it sharper we can do that for you at no extra charge and supply you another programme which you can keep. We do get our customers very involved and we can make changes you want. We can most certainly make it such that you won't need a sprint booster (signal bender!).

Sorry! Just saw the price on the first post.

Have you guys brought in any of the tuned cars after some hundreds of kilometers to dyno again. If yes, are the results still consistent.

What gear was the dyno pull done in? Looks like 3rd??

Also what octane is the tune for? 91? 93?

Do you have specific tunes for 91/93 octane or even 100 octane?

Would you offer a money back guarantee? I might consider trying this but would like to have a shop here do some independent dyno tests too. Worst case scenario is that we'd remove your tune and put back my ESS tune and a refund is made.
