Are the E60 M5Tech bumpers the exact same as OE M5 bumpers? Mine has some rock chips and a Hartge spoiler and may be interested in getting another one and putting the Hamann spoiler on it. Let me know, thanks

They fit the exact same way, only they have 2 options:
1) no fog capable, we have 5 of those left - which would be perfect for your M5
2) fog capable, you'd just install new fogs into it, but have to do some rewiring to get them to work.

I'd say go with #1

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like the #1 is the standard M5 bumper, whereas the #2 is more along the lines of the 550 bumper with the fogs? #1 has the ducts for cooling the brakes?
