I am now in the final testing stages of our new GTS exhaust. The new exhaust system will offer a more controlled sound, higher pitch and less drone while still offering the performance of our popular GT system. The DB levels also drop a little bit. We will be making 15 of these systems first so they will be sold first come first serve. The retail of the new system will be $2999 and there will be a GB price of $2600 for the first 15 people.

Any clips of the new higher pitch?

Hey Eloy, so are all three sections a bit different from the GT system? I guess I'm wondering if I just buy this new section 3, would it be a bit quieter than my current set up?

We ended up changing the front of the exhaust instead of the rear. I didnt like the sound from our muffler change. Changing the front worked out for us because our customers can buy just the front section if they wanted to instead of having to buy new mufflers.

Is the cat system still available? If not do I need to call you to claim a system or can you validate my request via forum?
Yes, please call us 562-630-5966. When you call, just mention your name on the forum so we know who asked first. :)

So is this a proto or ready for production?

And how long is the delivery period? 7 months??

LOL I'm sorry I just couldn't help it Eloy! Hahahaha

Eloy,

Any Section 1 cat bypass in stock?
non-resonated, yes, I have it in stock. I have 2 of them here. Youtube wont let me upload this file because its 3.4gb. Im going to upload via ftp and have you guys download it. Some came to check it out in person and today, I have taken the prototype off so we can start with production. Est. completion is about 3 weeks.

Hey Eloy, please correct my assumptions (if wrong):

Section 1 (catless) has been changed in the new GTS system.
Section 2 = ?
Section 3 is exactly like the previous GT section 3?

So the less drone/higher pitched is all from section 1?

Damn youre still around bro? lol :)

Ok, here is the story with the GTS system.

We started teh GTS system about 2 years ago. We put it on hold because we released the GT system instead. The GTS system used to consist of a different muffler. After the release of the GT system, we added 200cell metal core cats to the front and the full exhaust WITH the cats on sec 1 was known as the GT Street. We have since worked hard on trying to bring a quieter version for those who want to be a little quieter. We changed the mufflers a couple of months ago but I really didnt like the sound so we opted to change the front. So, the old GT front sec 1 now has a resonator.

Yup Eloy.... I'm still around :)

So the Sec 3 I have now is the same in the GTS system, correct?

If I now add the Sec 2 (which is same as GT Sec 2) and your new GTS Sec 1, will I have less drone than the lone Sec 3 I have now (with a little more power and higher pitch)? If that is the case, how much for GTS Sec 1 + 2?

From talking to Eloy, the way I understand it is that all three systems are the same with the exception of the Sec 1. The ST system has the 200 cell cats, the GT system has the straight pipe, and the GTS system has the resonated pipes. All three systems use the same Sec 2 hybrid x-pipe and Sec 3 GT exhausts.

Mike, Im not sure about there being more or less drone. Doing the full exhaust basically changes the tone characteristics. The volume may not be much more but it all depends on which frequency you are sensitive to.

Someone post a vid, I would like to hear this setup. PLEASE!

I would really like to hear what it sounds like from inside and outside the car.

Thanks

Will do!

I'll do my regular. Side mounted above right rear fender pointed back and a dash cam. then. Front right fender mount pointed forward with a trunk cam.

I have external audio mic's that I can place on/closer(distance reverb controll)
to the muffler or under the system itself. so the sound will be close to perfection unless my damn 720i down-convert f#cks with it.

Cant Wait! :jump::jump::jump::jump:
