Just installed them on my '08 E60 M5. They are considerably brighter than OEM (installed during daytime).
However, I'm getting an error on both sides. Here is the screenshot:
so how long did the install actually end up taking you? did u have to remove ur headlights?

About 7 minutes per light.
Open Hood
Remove L & R light caps (unscrew and set aside)
Twist L & R bulb and remove and unplug
Insert power supply plug into umnitza light connector
Plug in the umnitza light to vehicle connector
Rotate umnitza light so that it is secured in light fixture
Arrange all wires neatly and put in place
Screw the L & R light caps back in, making sure all wires are inside of the cap.

aw man, that sucks. can you post pics of how they look?
That sucks that you guys are getting errors. A common m5 problem though
New m3's can put 1 10w resistor on their h8 bulbs and clear all errors. I have found you need to match as close to 35w as possible before we have our errors clear. I don't know if adding resisters to this situation would work or not as i don't know how much the LEDs are pulling in power.
M5's are always the PITA.
How do you guys like the light output though. Brighter then stock bulbs? Even rings? I have HID's bulbs in my angel eyes right now. They are super bright however not even between the inner and outer ring at all!
