Its so sad that this is still going on. I feel for you guys

Besides, Ranger and Junky are staying quiet about their TT system. To my knowledge, their cars should have been ready last June but nothing yet!

There is something on its way to me at least... I expect it would be arriving at the end of the week, its booked on a flight to Sweden which lands tomorrow evening, I expect delivery to be on Thursday or Friday.

The fact that it appears that no other systems has been despatched scares me a bit, I just hope I don't get a banged up prototype or something which dosent fit and cause a lot of problems... I've had my share of exhaust fitment issues in the past and that's nothing I want to repeat. Not sure if its best to be first in line always.

As entertainment while we wait, let's create a "best of" excuse list, i have a few good ones that made me laugh and I saw one from an email quoted in this thread...

Best Of - ASR Excuses for shipping "next week" instead:
1. "Our internet was down"
2. "We had a power outage"
3. "It got stuck in export customs"
4. "The packing material did not fit"
5. "The secretary was on maturity leave"
6.
7.
8.

Im sure there are plenty more...

Enough is enough asr! I would rather wait for the legal system to bring me justice rather than waiting for empty promises even if that took me my whole life!

I called you three weeks ago and you said you would ship by the end of this week ( the week i called in ) or next week at maximum! Still nothing! I'm sick and pissed off! Don't ever thing being an international customer that lives 8000+ miles away will stop me from getting my rights out of you!
Thanks M-POWER77, you inspire me to do the same. I'll try to write a letter to my local US embassy and file a fraud case against ASR. I'm so sick of their empty promises! I will try to get a friend in North America and see if he is able to aid in the legal process. Abid, is treating us as fools by giving empty promises and not responding to our emails.

I recieved e-mail from Abid this morning, here i post it un edited :

Abdullah,

I understand you are upset and angry that your order was delayed and not shipped to you in a timely manner. To be quite honest we did run into a production issue when adding the S version exhaust system to our Gen III's, but all that has since been resolved. We did not want to mention this to anyone since we felt we could resolve this issue fairly quickly. It took longer than expected and that is the reason why your order was delayed like everyone elses.

We are a reputable company that has been in business for almost 15 years, and this is the first time any customers have had to wait for a product from us. We are not in the business of scamming money from people and not sending products. We have never had this type of problem in the past and assure you that your products will be shipped as promised. We are scheduled to ship 5 more systems at the end of this week and will give you your tracking number once the shipment is picked up from the freight company.

We are extremely sorry and very apologetic that your order was delayed, but we promise you will be very happy with the quality of product you receive. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and contact you with shipping details. You can also contact us @ 305-971-3114, if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank You,
Abid Siddiqi

All you guys have way to much patience to wait 3-6 months for an exhaust. ASR makes a good product but not worth the wait there are way more comparable exhausts out there that look and sound and perform the same or in my case I think even better.

Good luck to all you been following this thread for the past month and feel for all of you..
