Its not packaging, if you can't get a box that fits perfect you cut one down to size and or go to town on the bubble wrap, you don't keep customers waiting this long and with this much bad press and pressure. Its far more likely production problems.

Anyway I still don't see a response to clear this up?! There should be a heart on sleaves appology and facts post here from ASR by now, it only takes a minute and a minute is at the least these customers deserve.

All very strange if you ask me. I was going to be on this list but was waiting on dynos and videos as promised months ago, glad I am not on that list now.

Abid/ASR I am not sure if its to save face or a pride issue but these guys need some information from you and not second hand promises and comments from others. This issue effects the whole board for the detriment of all. You have been a 'good' board member and board sponsor in the past why throw it away now? There is still time to put this right.

Regards

Jay

We know many of you are upset with the delays of shipping with your exhaust systems and for that we give you our deepest apologies. It was never our intention for this delay to happen. We were wrong for not responding sooner and it was our fault to assume that the customers we spoke to on the phone would come on the board and explain the causes of the delayed delivery. Sometmes things happen in production that slows the process down more than usual, but this will not keep us from completing the orders that were taken. We are working feverishly to resolve the shipping delays many of you are having to deal with. Our goal is to have all orders delivered by the end of this month which is very feasible considering we have already begun shipping. As we said before, we have been in business for almost 15 years and we're not going anywhere anytime soon. As a show of gratitude we are willing to expedite the shipping method free of charge for every pending order once the systems ship out. We can be contacted at the office 305-971-3114 for any concerns or questions. Again, we appreciate everyone's patience in regards to this matter and know everyone will be very pleased and satisfied with quality and craftsmanship of the products they receive from ASR.

Can you please post the dyno and video for both types of production GEN III exhaust as you have stated. For members who are not on the group buy and would like to purchase when could the product ship?

Customers=Customer Service is a bad idea. Satisfied Customers=Sales Force/Marketing is a great idea.

I just got of the phone with Abid. I got the tracking number which now shows the shipment as in transit on DB Schenkers website, estimated delivery according to Schenker is Tuesday next week (16:th).

Fingers crossed i dont run into problems with customs so i need to wait more, ill be on a business trip Wednesday and Thursday so if its late beyond Tuesday i will be able to receive it earliest on Friday.

Ill post here soon as it arrives with pictures

Looks like payment to delivery will end at 189 days, not a day too soon! Now i just hope that the quality, fitment and most of all sound quality is up to expectation levels!
